Spigot is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for focusing on creating and executing our user acquisition strategy for our high-performing SaaS division. This individual will oversee all aspects of branding and marketing activities utilizing multiple ad networks including Google, Social Networks, Native, and other third-party affiliate channels. This is an opportunity to play a major part in creating brand recognition for an exciting line of products.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting performance on campaigns on an ongoing basis to make sure KPIs are met both near and long term
Identify new traffic sources and partners
Manage day-to-day relationships with partner networks
Researching, evaluating, and testing new strategies based on campaign analysis
Developing new insights and process improvements for campaign management, analysis, and reporting as needed
Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Have a deep understanding of our client’s products + competitors so you can launch the most effective ad campaigns that have high engagement
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS products, possess strong analytical and project management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in successfully managing performance marketing campaigns across ad platforms
Experience managing $500K+ monthly ad spend
Passionate about the SEM landscape and can demonstrate thought leadership in the space
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, vlookup)
Success driving incremental volume & returns from creative development/testing and audience development
Deep knowledge of managing strategy of product to set up events on different ad platforms as well as ensuring all events are set up properly and firing at the appropriate places
Strong communication skills & an analytical mindset
Highly collaborative – the ability to work cross-functionally with internal & external teams including Product, Analytics, Finance, & Creative to share best practices and inform testing initiatives
